Malek Mroueh is President of International and a Executive Board Member at Profit Insight Limited, and CEO of MSquared Consultancy - FZCO. He brings 35 years of experience in cards and payments, including regional leadership at TSYS across Asia, the Middle East and Africa. His work spans revenue optimisation, international growth and payments innovation.

Malek Mroueh is President of International and a Executive Board Member at Profit Insight Limited, roles he has held since November 2025. He has also served as CEO of MSquared Consultancy - FZCO since September 2025. With 35 years of experience in cards and payments, his career spans international growth, commercial leadership and partnerships. Previously, he was Regional General Manager for Asia, the Middle East and Africa at TSYS. Malek has lived and worked in the UK, Cyprus, Malaysia and the UAE. His interests include financial inclusion, embedded finance and the practical application of blockchain in payments.
