Bringing decades of international experience in financial services, payments and technology to the challenges and opportunities shaping our industry.
My work has always focused on using technology and data to improve outcomes for banks and their customers. A deep understanding of the payments landscape helps me connect technology stacks with international, regional and local market realities, translating them into practical solutions aiming to deliver Cognitive Banking solutions to the market. A particular focus is using data to improve banks’ profitability and enable more intelligent, responsive services for their customers.
In November 2025, I joined Profit Insight Limited as an Executive Board Member and took responsibility for its international business as President of International. In this role, I lead teams focused on revenue optimisation across payments, cards and transactional portfolios, combining disciplined analysis with practical execution.
Alongside this role, I have served as CEO of MSquared Consultancy - FZCO since September 2025.
35 years in cards and payments have shaped my approach to international growth, commercial leadership and partnerships. Before joining Profit Insight Limited, I served as Regional General Manager for Asia, the Middle East and Africa at TSYS.
Living and working in the UK, Cyprus, Malaysia and Dubai has given me experience across markets, cultures and regulatory environments. My work spans international markets.
What guides my work.
Working closely with senior leadership teams and functional heads across finance, payments and operations, my focus is on value already embedded in portfolios and operational flows. Pricing optimisation, portfolio segmentation, commercial policy design and performance governance support clear, auditable outcomes.
Industry interests.
Developing and promoting Cognitive Banking is a particular passion, alongside financial inclusion, embedded finance and the practical application of blockchain in payments. Speaking engagements and published perspectives provide opportunities to advance these ideas and contribute to the industry’s discussion of payments and technology.
